Welcome to HGT Counselling! We offer a safe, supportive, judgment-free, and client-centred space where you are in control of the process. Together, we will work to explore the changes you want to see, remove obstacles, find solutions, uncover your strengths, discover and focus on your values and find the path that allows you to heal, grow, and thrive.

We offer in-person sessions, virtual and walk and talk therapy.
